Experiences

I had never been able to connect with a yoga class or with meditations, I was always very distracted, I didn't focus and the postures seemed very complicated to me. Since I started Conscious Movement, I am the happiest in the practices, I connect very much with myself and with the class, I have achieved postures with the appropriate technique and super well explained by Cata that I never thought I would be able to do.

I manage to relax, recover my vital energy, gain confidence, I love feeling that my body is infinite. It fills me with faith and restores my calm.

I love the moment of relaxation and ending the class with a letter of messages, I love the introductions and that everything is super well woven and planned, the themes for months and the clear objectives to work on, Cata's phrases before starting. It is a space for me that I enjoy like nothing else, all week long I wait for the day of class.

A wonderful experience. I have felt great, they help me disconnect from the outside world and connect with myself. They are really great. Both the Tuesday classes and the short videos
